This
document is an example of the preferred style to be used to format
your abstract for submission to 150 years National Herbarium of
Victoria Conference. A joint conference of the Australian Systematic
Botany Society and Australasian Mycological Society with the 7th
Bryological Workshop and Orchid Conservation Forum II to be held
at The University of Melbourne from Monday 29 September to Friday
3 October 2003. You can use the Style sheet in this document (if
you know how to use style sheets), otherwise follow the directions
given in the document below.
The
paper will be published exactly as you submit it, so be careful
to follow the guidelines carefully.
The
preferred file format for submission of your paper is Microsoft
Word. Use A4 paper size settings and use 2.5cm margins all around,
that is: Top 72pt, Bottom 72pt, Left 72pt, Right 72pt. Leave the
Gutter at 0cm. The abstract should be no more than 300 words, and
is Arial, 12 point justified, in single spacing (style: Abstract).
Submissions
should be forwarded as email attachments to Conference Management
at The University of Melbourne: bhewitt@unimelb.edu.au
Authors
should ensure that submissions are lodged will conference Management
by 31 May 2003. Acknowledgement of receipt of the submission will
be sent by return email. Authors
will be notified of acceptance by email. Acceptances will be published
on the conference website: www.conferences.unimelb.edu.au/150years
Authors
should note that presentation is conditional on registration to
attend the conference.
