* If you are not a member of the ESA you will have to pay up to $100 more than a member to attend the 3 days of the Conference. However, if you wish, your extra payment will automatically lead to membership of the ESA in your state you may indicate this on the Registration form. (See Conference Brochure for further details).

**A copy of student identification must be forwarded with the registration form to ensure eligibility for this rate.

Registration Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of a registration must be notified in writing to Conference Management. Cancellations prior to 1 September 2005 will receive a full refund less $100 administration fee. No refund will be given for cancellation after 1 September 2005, however substitutions will be possible.
