Oral Presentations:
- A speaker preparation room will be provided, where you can test your PowerPoint
material and your demo software on a computer. Theatre 1, Economics and Commerce
Building (Building 148, Grid Ref. H5) on the campus
map
- Each lecture theater is equipped with an overhead projector and a computer
projector. Presentations can be made with transparencies or PowerPoint files
on CD-ROMs or floppy disks.
- Please make sure the computer can read your files. It’ll be a good idea
to bring a hardcopy of your presentation on transparencies in addition to
your computer files especially if you use floppy disks.
- Each paper is allocated about 20 minutes, 15 minutes for presentation and
5 minutes for questions.
- Please report to your session chairs 5 minutes before the session starts.

Poster Presentations:
- The size of posterboard for poster papers is 4 feet by 6 feet (1.2 m by
2 m).
- Pins and stickers will be provided to mount your posters.
- Please put your posters up early in the morning or afternoon and leave them
there for the entire morning or afternoon. Please take them off at the end
of your poster sessions.
- Please leave a note on your posters indicating when you will be available
to answer questions about your papers.
- Please make yourselves available for at least two hours in front of your
posters to present your papers to visitors and answer their questions.
- Poster Presentations will take place in the North Dining Room, Union House
(Building 130, Grid Ref. F7) on the campus map
