Poster Advertising Session

The committee is considering a suggestion that prior to the poster session that authors be given the opportunity of making a very short (maximum 3 minute, one overhead transparency), oral presentation that would serve to 'advertise' the main point of the poster and thus encourage members of the audience to visit their poster and learn more about the work. This has worked very well in the past, but to some degree its success depends on how many authors wish to participate. Therefore we would be grateful if you could indicate by emailing: f.mallon@unimelb.edu.au if you would like to participate in this 'poster advertising session'.
