1. Progressing nuclear disarmament : international and local instruments to progress nuclear abolition

2. Pacific Peace : regional peace and anti-nuclear issues, focusing on the struggle for independence in West Papua and the survivors of the French nuclear testing in the Pacific

3. The War in Iraq : examining Australia 's role in the war in Iraq

4.00pm: Session Four: Nuclear Terror - 60 years on : synopsis : speakers will highlight the long term health effects of radiation exposure, the Nuclear Weapons Inheritance Project, and the winning entry of the MAPW Student Competition presentations. speakers : Ruth Mitchell, Dr Don McPhee, Roland Oldham, winning entry of the student competition
