Welcome Reception
The Welcome Reception will be held on Sunday 25 November 2001 from 6.00pm to 7.30pm at St Mary's College
Registration will begin during the Welcome Reception. St Marys College is located on Swanstons Street, Parkville (Grid Ref. D12) on the campus map
Registration will take place:
8.00am - Monday 26 November - Thursday 29 November 2001- Prince Philip Theatre Concourse, Architecture Building (Building 133, Grid Ref. G10) on the campus map
Morning Tea, Lunch and Afternoon Tea will be served each day in the Concourse of the Prince Philip Theatre, Architecture Building (Building 133, Grid Ref. G10) on the campus map
Presentations
The Prince Phillip Theatre is equipped with an overhead projector
and a computer projector. Presentations can be made with transparencies or
PowerPoint files on CD-ROMs or floppy disks. Please make sure the computer
can read your files. It’ll be a good idea to bring a hardcopy of your presentation
on transparencies in addition to your computer files especially if you use
floppy disks. Each paper is allocated about 20 minutes, 15 minutes for presentation
and 5 minutes for questions. Please report to your session chair 5 minutes
before the session starts.

Poster Presentations: The size of posterboard for poster
papers is 4 feet by 6 feet (1.2 m by 2 m). Pins and stickers will be provided
to mount your posters. Please put your posters prior to the commencement of
the Monday evening poster viewing session timed to start 6.00pm on Monday
26 November and conclude at 7.00pm.
Please take them off at the end of the poster session. Please make
yourselves available for the hour in front of your posters to present your
papers to visitors and answer their questions. Poster Presentations will take
place in the Concourse of the Prince Philip Theatre, Architecture Building
(Building 133, Grid Ref. G10) on the campus map
Workshop Dinner
The Workshop Dinner is to be held on Tuesday 27 November 2001 from 7.00pm to 11.00pm at University House ( Building 112, Grid Ref. F5) on the campus map

The Field Trip
The Field Trip will leave from St Mary's College (Grid Ref. D12) on the campus map at 9.00am and return to St Mary's College around 5.00pm
