Neil Crosby, Ph.D, ARICS is Professor of Real Estate in the Department of Real Estate and Planning at the University of Reading. He is a Chartered Surveyor with experience of property management and valuation practice as well as a long academic career at Nottingham Trent and Oxford Brookes Universities, before moving to Reading in 1994.
