NYU. He is currently the Co-Editor of the Journal of Real
Estate Economics, and is on the editorial board of the Journal
of Property Research.
Neil Crosby, Ph.D,
ARICS is Professor of Real Estate in the Department of Real
Estate and Planning at the University of Reading. He is
a Chartered Surveyor with experience of property management
and valuation practice as well as a long academic career
at Nottingham Trent and Oxford Brookes Universities, before
