A forum on forensic applications of speech science

Hosted by the Australian Speech Science and Technology Association (ASSTA) as part of

SST 2002

The 9th Australian International Conference on Speech Science and Technology http://www.conferences.unimelb.edu.au/SST2002

This forum will be an opportunity to learn about and discuss the use of speech science in legal contexts such as speaker identification and transcription verification.

Speakers include:

Each speaker will make a short presentation and then give opportunity for questions and discussion.

Members of both the speech science and the legal and law enforcement communities are encouraged to attend.

This is a great opportunity for the exchange of information concerns between these groups.
