* Anyone enrolled in a full-time programme of study is eligible for the student rate. The registration form must be accompanied by a letter from the participant's supervisor or Head of School confirming this status. Student Registration includes the Conference Dinner as this will be sponsored. **The accompanying person will be entitled to attend the Conference Banquet, a special morning tea, the welcome reception, the visit to the Synchroton and the trip to the Exhibition Buildings, but cannot attend lectures/poster sessions and will not receive any conference materials. NOTE: Registration fee includes morning & afternoon teas for all participants. Conference Dinner is included in Full Registration. Registration Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of a registration must be notified in writing to Conference Management. Cancellations prior to 1June 2005 will receive a full refund less $100 administration fee. No refund will be given for cancellation after 1June 2005, however substitutions will be possible.
